Join us at Signature at Caversham for a free Falls Prevention Workshop designed to help you stay active, confident and safe.
Led by specialists from Therapies on Thames, Occupational Therapist Raj and Physiotherapist Hannah will share practical advice on preventing falls, including a demonstration of simple exercises you can do at home.
After the talk, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet with our experts and have your mobility aids checked with a free MOT, ensuring everything is working safely and effectively.
